At Mangwalo.pk, we aim to deliver your order safely, quickly, and with proper confirmation. Once your order is placed, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order details before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed after confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your city, product availability, courier service, and delivery location.

Karachi / Local Delivery

For Karachi orders, delivery charges may apply according to the area and product size. In some cases, advance payment may be required for high-value orders or distant delivery locations.

Out of City Delivery

For orders outside Karachi, advance payment may be required before dispatch. Delivery charges depend on the city, courier service, product weight, and package size.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available in selected cities and areas. For some high-value products, partial or full advance payment may be required before shipment.

Order Confirmation

Delivery will only be processed after the customer confirms the order details, contact number, and complete address.

Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to provide complete and correct delivery details. Mangwalo.pk will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address, wrong contact number, or unavailable receiver.

Product Checking at Delivery

Customers should check the product condition at the time of delivery. If there is any visible damage, missing item, or wrong product, please inform our support team immediately.

Delivery Delays

Mangwalo.pk tries its best to deliver orders on time. However, delays may happen due to weather conditions, courier delays, road blockage, strikes, stock availability, or other issues beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on location, product type, size, and courier/service requirements. Final delivery charges can be confirmed at checkout or by our support team.

Return & Refund Policy

Mangwalo.pk wants every customer to receive the correct and genuine product in good condition. Returns and exchanges are handled according to the product condition and claim reason.

Return Eligibility

• The customer received the wrong product.
• The product was damaged during delivery.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product is unused, unscratched, and in its original packaging.
• The original invoice or order proof is available.

Product Condition

Returned products must be in the same condition as received. Products that are used, damaged, scratched, broken, missing accessories, or without original packaging may not be accepted for return or exchange.

Check Product on Delivery

Customers are requested to check the product at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, missing accessory, or wrong item should be reported immediately to Mangwalo.pk support.

Wrong Product

If you receive a different product from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number, invoice, and product pictures. After verification, Mangwalo.pk will guide you for replacement or return.

Damaged or Defective Product

If the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the customer must report the issue within the allowed return period. Our support team may ask for pictures, videos, invoice, and packaging proof for verification.

Non-Returnable Cases

• The product has been used.
• The product is scratched, damaged, or broken after delivery.
• Original packaging or accessories are missing.
• The product was damaged due to misuse.
• The return request is made after the return period.
• The customer changed their mind after receiving the correct product.

Warranty Products

Products that come with official brand warranty will be handled according to the brand warranty process. Warranty claims may need to be processed through the brand’s authorized service center.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed only after product verification and approval. If approved, refund processing may take 7 to 10 working days depending on payment method and bank/service processing time.
